Q: do you still photograph people?

In short— yes! Though my primary focus these days is on equestrian photography, I have nearly 20 years (omg..) of experience photographing people. Many of my past wedding clients still see me regularly for family and pet portraits, and you may see me at the odd event with a camera in hand. My sessions are relaxed with just a sprinkle of posing assistance and post-production magic.

Sessions that are fun & casual.

Many of my clients love the ‘activity based’ flow of my sessions. I truly want you to come as you are. This is your session and I am there to create for you. The best shots always come from a place of curiosity and exploration. Don’t worry if kids or pets get a bit wild during the session, photo day pressures come out in mysterious ways. I’ve enjoyed shooting sessions at spaces like: playgrounds, ice-cream shops/cafes, people’s homes/yards, short hiking loops, big YEG-area landmarks, quirky pubs, and many more.

Your session should be simple, enjoyable, and leave you with something tangible. Every session includes digital files, a bundle of small keepsake prints, and a ready-to-hang 8x10” print from your session.

All sessions are a flat rate of $730+tax. Shoot time is flexible; typically we wrap within 45-120 minutes.
I typically book 1-3 months in advance. My busiest season being Aug-Oct. My session turnaround time is 1 month, though I always post and send some sneak peeks within 48hrs!
All sessions include:
- high-res edited files (80+).
- 8X10 framed ready-to-hang print.
- bundle of 4X6 and 5X7 loose prints.
